Georgie & Co. Beauty is a luxury beauty room situated in the heart of the serene village of Bickerton, Cheshire. Founder and Owner Georgie was seeking a website that was befitting of the high-end brand she had created, and called in the experts at Coderra to help create the beauty website her business needed.

We started out by selecting a theme which was based on the existing logo and branding of Georgie & Co, which was already an established brand in the local area. The theme is pared-back and simple, allowing the content to do the talking and ensuring that Georgie’s services and products take centre stage.

There were a few image adjustments needed to the website, to ensure that everything was aligned properly and optimised for SEO purposes. Georgie also specified that she needed a manageable layout, as she would be the one running the website on a day-to-day basis. She needed to be able to make changes, post updates and tweak the site whenever she needed to, and this was at the forefront of our minds as we built the theme and developed the beauty website.

The site also needed an ecommerce section, where customers could purchase vouchers directly from the firm, to be used as gifts for other people. The ecommerce section was simple, with just one product (the voucher itself) and the option to load up the voucher with £5, £10, £20 or £50. This, too, was easy for Georgie to manage as the site’s owner.

The site was built to be fully responsive, so loyal fans and new customers can access the site using smartphones, tablet devices and laptops. Navigation is simple, with a clear menu at the top of the page, and the entire layout is minimal and simple, with a touch of luxe befitting of any beauty room.
