ShowTime Live is an ecommerce website designed to sell tickets to music lovers. This website is built on a WordPress theme which was chosen very carefully to make sure it would be perfect for future development. The ecommerce website was planned to give users as few clicks as possible. Paired with this we made sure that the navigation and flow of the website is clean and simple. We believe that making ecommerce distraction free keeps the visitor focused on the purchase. We eliminate all the barriers to sale, to make sure as many conversions happen as possible. This helps to convert visitors into customers.

The colours for the website were chosen from their branded materials to match their posters, tickets and leaflets. Chunks of the theme’s styles were adapted to better fit with this. While some themes allow complete customisation from the control panel, other tweaks have to be made directly to the style sheet or added to a child theme. The website is completely responsive to mobiles and tablets. This is hugely important since most sales made through online shops are now through portable devices.

One of the key parts of the ShowTime Live marketing is running email campaigns to their registered users. We have automated the process of adding users to mailing lists. We added a widget to the homepage that allows users to signup without purchasing anything. Additionally each time a sale is made the user is added to the central mailing list automatically. Further to that we have given the functionality to add users to specific marketing lists based on their purchase.
