Showtime Live is a company who sell tickets to live events across the UK – they were in need of a bespoke ticketing website that would take the hassle out of managing their online business. The goal of the website was not just to make an attractive design for the customer, but to streamline their processes to make it easy for them to manage. We broke down their entire sales process and created mechanisms to quickly add events, manage orders, take payments and manage mailing lists. Everything that could be automated in their sales process has been.

After deciding the process and breaking down the functions that would be required we then created graphic designs of the whole website to show how it would look. The client had given us complete guidance on how he wanted it and we met that brief with enthusiasm. After finalising the design we then worked on coding the website to his exact specifications. This included carousels, event videos, venue details with maps and nearby hotels, as well as all the ability to sell tickets!

This bespoke website is built onWordPress using Woocommerce as the ecommerce. The ticketing function was completely bespoke, creating tickets for each event automatically and sending them to the customer. Each bit of information they require when vetting tickets was added to this to make sure that they were easily managed when being presented at the venue.

This ticketing website features a blog that automatically posts to their social media when published. This is to keep administration of news as simple as possible. They post in one platform and it is distributed amongst all their social networks. Additionally all users that purchase tickets are automatically added to specific mailing lists, enabling them to sell targeted future events direct to customers they know re interested in their events.
